教育的理想是使所有的学生接受适合于自己的教育。根据差异性原则提出的分层教学,使教学内容有梯度,教学对象较全面,教学效果有同步性,是解决因材施教的个体性与班级授课制的集体性之间矛盾的有效途径。高中区域地理知识经分层教学实践后,发现教师自身更轻松,教学技巧与能力得到了提升,关键是学生的学习兴趣更加浓厚,学习成效显著提高。
The ideal of education is to have all students receive the education that suits them. According to the principle of diversity, the layered teaching makes the teaching content gradient, the teaching object more comprehensive, and the teaching effect synchronized, which is an effective way to solve the contradiction between the individuality that is taught according to his aptitude and the collective teaching of class.
