在知识经济时代,激励知识员工是企业取得竞争力的关键。但目前我国企业对知识员工的激励制度却存在着很多误区。文章首先论述了激励的实质,然后分析了企业知识员工的特征,接着指出了我国企业对知识员工激励的误区,最后提出了相应的对策。
In the era of knowledge economy, motivating knowledge workers is the key to the competitiveness of enterprises. However, there are many misunderstandings in the incentive system of knowledge workers in our country. The article first discusses the essence of the incentive, then analyzes the characteristics of the company’s knowledge workers, then points out the misunderstandings of the incentives for the knowledge workers in our country, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
