采用工业CT扫描及分析技术手段,对5种不同级配特征水泥稳定级配碎石孔隙分布状态和其中两种混合料的裂纹扩展规律开展研究,讨论了级配对于孔隙分布特征及裂缝类损坏特征的影响。结果表明:经对断层图像分析发现孔隙面积的分布频数与级配的分形维数具有良好的相关性;静态压实的试件,孔隙沿圆柱形试件纵向的分布并不均匀,上端的孔隙率大于下端。另一方面,两组进行单轴压缩的试验表明,水泥稳定级配碎石的准脆性材料特征明显,裂纹的出现对应着材料力学性能的劣化,裂纹增量与荷载的相关性表明:裂纹增量随荷载增加呈现指数增长;从断层图像所反映的裂缝看,端部约束作用将导致试件纵向中间部位的裂缝扩展明显大于端部;连续级配的水稳级配碎石裂缝呈环形分布,而骨架结构的水稳级配碎石的裂缝基本随机分布。
