少数民族地区的教育是我国教育发展的薄弱环节,也是制约我国教育整体发展的关键之一,而有关教师培养问题又是重中之重。本文从多元文化教育视角,结合我国民族教育实践,分析少数民族教师的教育问题,并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。
Education in ethnic minority areas is a weak link in the development of education in our country and one of the keys that constrain the overall development of education in our country. The issue of teacher training is therefore the most important issue. This article analyzes the educational problems of ethnic minority teachers from the perspective of multicultural education and the practice of ethnic education in our country, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of this.
