目的研究分析护理岗位管理对激发护士工作潜力的重要意义。方法研究对象为我院2014年5月-2016年4月期间的护理人员400例,以2015年4月为界分为对照组与观察组。给予对照组护理人员常规管理,观察组实施护理岗位管理措施。比较两组护理人员的护理质量、学习能力、精神风貌及护理满意度等方面。结果观察组护理人员各项评比指标均优于对照组,经比较发现,存在显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对护理人员实施护理岗位管理措施对激发护士工作潜力发挥了重要积极作用。
Objective To study and analyze the importance of nursing post management in stimulating the work potential of nurses. Methods The object of study was 400 nursing staff from May 2014 to April 2016 in our hospital, which was divided into control group and observation group by the end of April 2015. The control group nursing staff routine management, observation group implementation nursing position management measures. The quality of nursing care, learning ability, mental outlook and nursing satisfaction of nursing staff in two groups were compared. Results The nursing staffs in the observation group were better than the control group in all the indexes. There was significant difference (P <0.05) by the comparison, which was statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of nursing position management for nursing staff plays an important and positive role in stimulating the work potential of nurses.
