Abstract:In the digital and personalized environment,there is a great change in studying style.The reform based on the information and network technology spread in every aspects of education and the modern education technology depends on the computer and internet.According to understanding the present situation of information communication technologies (ICTs) development in China education to present what caused the limited impact,meanwhile explaining the direct beneficiaries of ICTs to figure out that it is bad need of concerns at schools.
