恶性阴道流液是妇科恶性肿瘤临床常见的症状之一,患者常因阴道流黄水样液或不规则出血较多见,合并感染则伴有恶臭。治疗效果差,严重影响病人的生存期。笔者1996～1999年共收治恶性阴道流液患者10例,用中西医结合的方法,采用自拟止液汤加用抗生素治疗,效果满意,现小结如下。1 一般资料 本组10例,门诊病人7例,住院病人3例,年龄最大63岁,最小52岁,平均57岁。10例病人中子宫内膜癌5例,输卵管癌3例,宫颈癌2例。用卫生巾护垫,每日换8～10次6例,用毛巾当护垫每日换6～8次者4例。全部病例均经B超、病理或细胞 Malignant vaginal fluid is one of the common clinical symptoms of gynecological malignant tumors, patients often due to vaginal fluid flow or irregular bleeding is more common, accompanied by infection with malodor.
