多年的生产实践表明,影响西瓜产量形成的关键期为6月上旬~7月中旬。我县这个时期大多处在梅雨季节,凡梅雨期降水量偏多、大雨、暴雨频繁的年份,西瓜座果难,病害发生重,大多为减产年。如1983、1985、1986年亩产量都在1500公斤以下;反之,梅雨期降水量偏少、大雨、暴雨少的年 Years of production practice shows that the key period affecting the production of watermelon is from early June to mid July.
