菌糠是指经生产了几批菇后的下床料。据分析,菌糠含的营养与麸皮、米糠相近。含粗蛋白7.1~9.5,粗脂肪2.7~6.8,粗纤维15~28,无氮浸出物30~50,粗灰分3.7~5.2,以及钙、磷等无机物。为此,我们进行了菌糠代替麸皮的制种试验。 (一)培养基质:①麸皮培养基——麸皮加量为5%、10%、15%,20%四种配方,分别再加白糖和石灰各1%,其余为木屑加量。②菌糠培养基——榆黄蘑、凤尾菇、平菇三种菌糠的加量均分别为5%、10%、15%、20%,白糖和石灰各1%,其余为木屑加量.按常规拌料、装瓶、高压灭菌和接种。
