目的 :探讨氟伐他汀对高脂血症患者血小板活化功能的影响。方法 :测定 30例高胆固醇血症和混合性高脂血症患者 (治疗组 )降脂治疗前和治疗 (氟伐他汀 2 0 m g/ d) 4周、8周后及 30例健康者 (对照组 )的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇及血小板表面激活标记物 CD6 2 p。结果 :治疗组患者CD6 2 p较对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,氟伐他汀治疗 4周 ,8周后 CD6 2 p较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :氟伐他汀治疗高胆固醇血症患者 ,在降脂的同时 ,可抑制血小板活性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of fluvastatin on platelet activation in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods: Thirty patients with hypercholesterolemia and mixed hyperlipidemia (treatment group) were measured before and after lipid lowering treatment (fluvastatin 20 mg / d) for 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 30 healthy controls Group) of total cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and platelet surface activation marker CD6 2 p. Results: CD6 2 p in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Fluvastatin treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks significantly decreased CD6 2 p (P <0.01). Conclusion: Fluvastatin treatment of hypercholesterolemia in patients with lipid-lowering, can inhibit platelet activity.
