[目的]了解水稻热农1A的光合特性可促进其在育种上的利用。[方法]该研究以热农1A的父本新叶黄化突变体对应的野生型WT为对照,在分蘖期测定光合色素含量、光合参数、光响应曲线和叶绿素荧光动力学参数。[结果]热农1A的新生叶前期黄化明显,其叶绿素含量、光合速率、P_n、F_m、F_v’/F_m’、Φ_(PSII)和ETR均显著低于对照,而叶片转绿后的光合速率与对照相比无差异。[结论]热农1A新生叶前期因降低的叶绿素含量导致其光合能力减弱,而后期随着叶绿素含量提高,其光合作用能力恢复正常。
[Objective] The study aimed to understand the photosynthetic characteristics of rice hot peanut 1A and promote its utilization in breeding. [Method] The wild-type WT corresponding to the yellow leaf mutant of the male parent of Zheonong 1A was used as a control. The photosynthetic pigment content, photosynthetic parameters, light response curve and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters were determined at the tillering stage. [Result] The results showed that the chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, P_n, F_m, F_v ’/ F_m’, Φ_ (PSII) and ETR of Hottenton 1A were significantly lower than those of the control, but the photosynthesis No difference in rate compared to control. [Conclusion] The photosynthetic capacity of Xinnong 1A was decreased due to the decreased content of chlorophyll in early prophase leaves, while photosynthesis ability returned to normal with the increase of chlorophyll content.
