《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》中明确指出:“改变课程管理过于集中的状况,实行国家、地方、学校三级课程管理,增强课程对地方、学校及学生的适应性。”晏阳初中传承并弘扬晏阳初平民教育思想,结合当代素质教育理念的创新与拓展要求,立足学生需要,开发学生的潜能,让每个学生成为学习的主人,让每个学生实现个性特长的发展,提出了“后平民”教育思想,着力构建“后平民”校本课程体系。结合学校特色、语文学科特点、教师兴趣特长及学生的兴趣点,语文组教师进行了基于语文学科的校本课程开发实践。主要就晏阳初中语文学科校本课程设计、实施意义、反思与改进,浅谈晏阳初中语文学科在校本课程开发中的实践与探索。
