这篇报告总结了中国少数民族双语教学研究会第九届学术研讨会暨首届国际双语教学研讨会的两个特点：(1)参会人员分布面广，层次高；(2)论文涉及领域广泛，不乏精品佳作。三点共识：(1)深入研究双语及双语教育问题有利于促进西部大开发战略的实施；(2)加强各方面的沟通与交流有利于促进双语及双语教育研究的深入发展；(3)全面正确地认识双语教育的意义至关重要。
This report summarizes two features of the Ninth Symposium of Bilingual Teaching Research Association of China Minorities and the First International Bilingual Teaching Workshop: (1) The participants are widely distributed and high in level; (2) The papers cover a wide range of fields , No shortage of masterpieces. Three consensus: (1) In-depth study of bilingual and bilingual education is conducive to promoting the implementation of the strategy for the development of the western region; (2) To enhance communication and exchange in all aspects is conducive to promoting the in-depth development of bilingual and bilingual education research; (3) Correct understanding of the significance of bilingual education is crucial.
