资金管理是企业管理中常见的问题,流动资金不足也会为企业带来财务上和经营上的的风险。对于集团性企业来说,母公司包括着很多的子公司,导致管理工作复杂,母公司的财务人员不能够有效的对子公司的财务管理体系和资金的运用情况进行管理。本文对于集团型企业常见的导致资金管理出现问题的情况进行了分析,也提出了一定的改进办法。 Money management is a common problem in business management. Lack of liquidity will bring financial and operational risks to the enterprise. For the group companies, the parent company includes a large number of subsidiaries, resulting in complicated management and the financial staff of the parent company can not effectively manage the subsidiaries’ financial management system and capital utilization. This article analyzes the common problems that led to fund management in the group-type enterprises, and also puts forward some measures for improvement.
