目的:探讨北京市海淀区基层医务人员职业倦怠现况。方法:抽取北京市海淀区50家社区卫生服务中心的基层医务人员共1047名,采用职业倦怠调查普适量表(MBI-GS)及基本情况调查表进行综合调查。结果:基层医务人员职业倦怠发生率为98.3%,不同年龄段、性别、职业类型的基层医务工作者群体的职业倦怠分布均未见显著差异(P>0.05);医生群体的职业倦怠得分要显著高于护士群体(F=2.69,P<0.05)。结论:基层医务人员职业倦怠发生率很高,且发生职业倦怠的人群分布与医务人员的年龄、性别及职业属性间无相关性;此外,基层医生的职业倦怠程度较护士更严重。
Objective: To explore the current situation of occupational burnout among primary medical staff in Haidian District, Beijing. Methods: A total of 1047 grassroots medical workers were selected from 50 community health service centers in Haidian District, Beijing. Comprehensive survey was conducted using the MBI-GS and the basic situation questionnaire. Results: The occupational burnout rate of primary health care workers was 98.3%. There was no significant difference in occupational burnout among primary health care workers in different age groups, genders and occupations (P> 0.05). The scores of occupational burnout among physicians groups were significantly higher Higher than that of nurses (F = 2.69, P <0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of occupational burnout in grassroots medical staff is very high. There is no correlation between the population distribution of occupational burnout and the age, sex and occupational attributes of medical staff. In addition, the degree of job burnout of primary physicians is more serious than that of nurses.
