发展概况玉溪市民营科技企业始于1987年9月,继以丁宝华同志为首的几位科技人员创办玉溪市食品研究所之后,玉溪市大营街科技开发试验站,玉侨科技开发服务社等一批企业崛起。1992年玉溪市科技大会及党的十四大后,有了较快的发展。截至1994年底止,经科委、工会技协批准,工商局注册的民营科技机构已达37家,发展较好的有23家,从业人员1786人,其中专职人员251人,兼职人员1535人。在从业人员中,科技人员606人。其中,高职45人。中职269人,初职292人。从
