目的:了解腺病毒3、7血清型在呼吸道感染患儿中的感染情况,并进行流行病学分析,为临床提供诊断和治疗依据。方法:随机收集宝鸡市妇幼保健院儿童医院儿科2015年11月(22例)和2016年3月(48例)腺病毒Ig M抗体检测阳性的患儿血清标本共70例,用ELISA方法进行腺病毒3、7型血清学检测,依据患儿的年龄、性别、发病季节和感染部位进行流行病学分析。结果:冬季22例,3、7型均阳性;春季48例,3型2/48为阳性,7型48/48为阳性。男性患儿41例,女性患儿29例;≤1岁患儿42例,大于1岁患儿28例;下呼吸道感染53例;上呼吸道感染12例,其他5例。结论:腺病毒3、7型的感染与季节有关,该地区冬季以3、7型混合感染为主,春季以7型感染为主,感染年龄主要为≤1岁的婴幼儿。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the infection of adenovirus type 3 and 7 in children with respiratory tract infection and carry out epidemiological analysis to provide the basis for diagnosis and treatment. Methods: A total of 70 serum samples were collected from children with pediatric hospital of Baoji MCH hospital in November 2015 (22 cases) and March 2016 (48 cases), and adenovirus was detected by ELISA Virus 3, 7 serological test, based on children’s age, gender, the onset of the season and the infection site for epidemiological analysis. Results: In winter, 22 cases were positive for type 3 and type 7. In spring, 48 cases were positive, type 2 and 48 were positive, and type 7 and 48/48 were positive. There were 41 males and 29 females, 42 children ≤ 1 year old, 28 children older than 1 year, 53 lower respiratory tract infections, 12 upper respiratory tract infections and 5 others. CONCLUSION: Adenovirus type 3 and 7 infections are related to the seasons. The prevalence of 3 and 7 infection is mainly in winter and 7 in spring. The infection ages are mainly infants ≤ 1 year old.
