战略是企业在市场竞争中获取竞争优势的重要手段。长期以来,关于战略的理解,不同时代、不同背景的学者们从不同的视角发表了各自的见解,仅学派就有10种之多,他们对战略本质问题的认识,也是众说纷纭,各有千秋。认识企业战略的本质,可以从历史的维度出发,通过对其内涵的分析来立体地把握。本文在分析了我国企业战略管理存在的问题,并就如何完善我国企业战略管理提出了对策。
Strategy is an important means for companies to gain competitive advantage in market competition. For a long time, with regard to the understanding of strategy, scholars of different ages and backgrounds have published their opinions from different perspectives. There are as many as 10 schools, and their understanding of the nature of strategic issues is also diverse and varied. To understand the essence of corporate strategy, we can proceed from the historical perspective and grasp it in three dimensions through analysis of its connotation. This article analyzes the problems in the strategic management of enterprises in our country, and proposes countermeasures for how to improve the strategic management of enterprises in our country.
