结合清连路现场试验测定的基本参数,运用考虑层间接触模型的三维有限元方法,重点分析了车辆和温度荷载作用下,不同隔离层下贫混凝土基层水泥混凝土路面结构主要指标的变化规律。分析结果表明,隔离效果越好,车辆荷载作用下路面受力状态越不利;与车辆荷载情况相反,即隔离效果越好,温度荷载作用下路面受力状态越有利;超载使各结构层主要力学指标值都明显增大,是造成路面早期损坏的主要原因之一;通过比较,发现有限元方法与规范方法计算得到的温度应力差值较小,验证了利用有限元方法计算温度应力的可行性。
According to the basic parameters of Qinglian Road test, the variation of main indexes of cement concrete pavement structure of lean concrete base under different isolation layers are analyzed emphatically based on the three-dimensional finite element method considering interlayer contact model under vehicle and temperature load. The results show that the better the isolation effect is, the less favorable the pavement condition is under vehicle load. Contrary to the vehicle load condition, the better the isolation effect is, the more favorable the pavement condition is under the action of temperature load. The index values are obviously increased, which is one of the main causes of early damage of pavement. By comparison, it is found that the difference of temperature stress calculated by finite element method and canonical method is small, which verifies the feasibility of using finite element method to calculate temperature stress .
