在国际国內形势空前有利的发展,东风压倒西风的情况下,毛主席提出了“培养学生成为有社会主义的有文化的劳动者”的新教育方針。全国各級学校、各种課程都必須大力贯彻这一方針。小学历史教学自然不能例外。高小六年級第二学期所授的历史是中国現代史。过去对于这一段历史的教学,在实現小学历史教学大綱(草案)所規定的教学任务——通过历史事实向学生进行历史唯物主义教育和爱国义教育方面,曾經取得了一些成績,但也还存在着一些問題。我認为主要的問題有三:
