以南宁铁路局柳州车务段为例,围绕保价营销队伍、保价宣传力度、市场竞争、激励机制及货运基础设施等影响基层站段保价运输深入发展的因素进行分析,提出提升从业人员素质、加大营销宣传力度、建立保价激励机制、完善货运基础设施等促进基层站段保价运输深入发展的建议。
