目的了解三门县居民食盐摄入情况,为防治慢性病提供依据。方法通过入户称量调查居民食盐食用量,计算人均食盐使用量。结果三门县调查200户,调查总人日数为1 651.9人日,食盐摄入总量为14 712.94 g,人均日摄入量(8.91±33.15)g。摄入方式以食用食盐、咸菜、酱油和味精为主,分别占73.41%、7.90%、6.47%和3.63%。结论三门县居民食盐人均日摄入量超过6 g标准,应采取有效防控措施,减少食盐摄入量,预防慢性疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the salt intake of residents in Sanmen County and provide basis for prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Methods Weighing the amount of salt consumed by residents and calculating the amount of salt consumption per capita by household weighing. Results There were 200 households surveyed in Sanmen County. The total number of survey days was 1 651.9 person-days. The total salt intake was 14 712.94 g and the daily average daily intake was 8.91 ± 33.15 g. Ingestion patterns were mainly edible salt, pickles, soy sauce and monosodium glutamate, accounting for 73.41%, 7.90%, 6.47% and 3.63% respectively. Conclusion Sanmen County residents daily intake of salt exceeded 6 g standard, should take effective prevention and control measures to reduce salt intake, prevention of chronic diseases.
