目的:观察中药复方疏肝清热方对桥本甲状腺炎(HT)患者、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPO-Ab)、血清甲状腺球蛋白抗体(Tg-Ab)、促甲状腺素(TSH)的影响.方法:选取60例桥本甲状腺炎患者60例,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组30例,对照组予优甲乐常规治疗,观察组优甲乐配合中药复方疏肝清热方治疗,治疗周期为8周,观察治疗前后患者临床症状及TPO-Ab、Tg-Ab、TSH水平.结果:两组患者中医症候积分较治疗前均有所降低,且经治疗后观察组与对照组之间存在显著性差异(P＜0.05).观察组总有效率高于治疗组,两组之间存在显著性差异(P＜0.05),观察组TPO-Ab、Tg-Ab、TSH水平与对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:中药复方疏肝清热方对桥本甲状腺炎疗效显著,值得在临床上推广.“,”Objective:To observe the effect of Shugan Qingre Recipe used in Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) patients,and the impact on thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPO-Ab),serum thymglobulin antibody (Tg-Ab),thyrotropin (TSH).Methods:60cases of Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients,randomly divided into controlled group and observation group,each group had 30cases,the controlled group was treated with euthyrox routine treatment,the observation group was treated with euthyrox combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound Shugan Qingre Recipe,the treatment period was 8weeks.The clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment and the levels of TPO-Ab,Tg-Ab,TSH.Results:The symptom scores of the two groups after treatment both reduced compared with before treatment,and there was a significant difference between the group and the controlled group (P＜0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than the treatment group,there were significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05),the TPO-Ab,Tg-Ab,TSH levels of the observation group compared with the controlled group was significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine compound Shugan Qingre Recipe has significantly effect for Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
