目的了解义乌市2011—2013年市售水产品副溶血性弧菌污染状况。方法采集义乌市具有代表性的农贸市场、大型超市和餐饮单位的561份常见水产品进行副溶血性弧菌分离培养,采用血清凝集试验进行血清分群;应用PCR方法检测直接耐热溶血素(TDH)的基因tdh和耐热直接相关溶血素(TRH)的基因trh。结果561份水产品中检出副溶血性弧菌281株,阳性检出率50.09%;其中贝类阳性检出率最高为76.85%,其次是蟹类和虾类,分别为65.71%和64.63%。281株副溶血性弧菌分成9个血清群,流行优势血清群为O1、O5和O2,分别占21.71%、18.15%和14.59%。281株副溶血性弧菌tdh基因阳性率为3.20%,trh毒力基因全部阴性。结论义乌市市售水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染较为严重,应加强食品安全管理。
Objective To understand the pollution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products from 2011 to 2013 in Yiwu City. Methods A total of 561 common aquatic products from farmer’s market, large-scale supermarkets and catering establishments in Yiwu City were collected for Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Serum was separated by serum agglutination test. PCR was used to detect direct heat-resistant hemolysin (TDH ) Of the gene tdh and heat directly related to hemolysin (TRH) gene trh. Results 281 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected in 561 aquatic products, the positive rate was 50.09%. The positive detection rate of shellfish was the highest (76.85%), followed by crabs and shrimps (65.71% and 64.63% respectively) . 281 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were divided into 9 serogroups. The prevailing serogroups were O1, O5 and O2, accounting for 21.71%, 18.15% and 14.59% respectively. 281 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus tdh gene positive rate of 3.20%, all trh virulence genes. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus is more serious in commercial aquatic products in Yiwu City. Food safety management should be strengthened.
