通过田间试验,研究了常规施肥管理和一次性施肥+全膜覆盖2种栽培模式对甘蔗土壤细菌群落结构的影响。结果表明,2种栽培管理模式的蔗田土壤细菌均以变形菌门Proteobacteria丰度水平最高;根际土壤中变形菌门丰度水平增加,而绿弯菌门丰度水平降低,酸杆菌门和放线菌门则变化不大。一次性施肥+全膜覆盖栽培模式可以在一定程度上增强蔗田根际土壤根瘤菌属Rhizobium的丰度,更有利于甘蔗根系的固氮作用,同时降低与土传病相关的Ralstonia菌属丰度水平。上述研究结果可为从根际土壤筛选特异性菌株提供理论参考。
Field experiments were conducted to study the effect of conventional fertilizer management and one-time fertilization + full-film mulching on bacterial community structure in sugarcane soil. The results showed that the Proteobacteria abundance of all three kinds of soils in sugarcane field was the highest in Proteobacteria. The abundance of Proteobacteria in rhizosphere soil was increased, but the abundance of Phylogenetic tree was decreased, Actinomyces little change. One-time fertilization + full-film mulching cultivation could enhance the abundance of rhizobium Rhizobium in sugarcane rhizosphere soil to a certain extent, which is more beneficial to the nitrogen fixation of sugarcane roots and reduce the abundance of Ralstonia sp. Level. The above results provide a theoretical reference for screening specific strains from rhizosphere soil.
