以党参皂苷得率为衡量指标,考察了影响超声提取党参皂苷的4个因素:料液比、乙醇的质量分数、超声时间及超声功率。在单因素试验基础上,通过3因子3水平的响应面分析法进行试验,对各因子显著性和交互作用进行分析。结果表明,超声提取党参皂苷的最佳工艺条件为乙醇质量分数74.81%、超声时间39.38 min、超声功率195.10 W;该条件下党参皂苷的得率为2.589 7%。考虑到实际的操作性,以乙醇质量分数74%、超声时间39 min、超声功率200 W为条件,得到实际党参皂苷平均得率为2.564 7%,与理论值相差较小,说明该工艺条件具有实际操作性和可行性。
Taking the yield of ginsenoside as the measurement index, four factors influencing ultrasonic extraction of ginsenosides were investigated: the ratio of solid to liquid, mass fraction of ethanol, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power. Based on the single factor test, the response was analyzed by 3-factor-3 response surface analysis, and the significance and interaction of each factor were analyzed. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions for ultrasonic extraction of ginsenosides were 74.81% ethanol, 39.38 min ultrasonic and 195.10 W ultrasonic power. The yield of ginsenoside was 2.589 7% under this condition. Considering the practical operability, the average yield of actual ginsenoside was 2.564 7% under the condition of 74% ethanol mass fraction, 39 min ultrasonic wave power and 200 W ultrasonic power. The difference with the theoretical value was small, indicating that the process conditions had Practicality and feasibility.
