我国一个小型铀厂——东津铀水冶厂改建工程自1982年6月动工,已于1984年10月竣工。最近经核工业部验收,正式交付生产使用。 该厂原为简易土法厂,劳动防护条件差,金属回收率低,经济效益差。改建工程采用了较完善的流程和设备,其中包括某些最近几年的科研成果,如超高压静电抑雾除尘等新技术。该厂还利用萃余液进行表外矿石堆浸,堆浸液经连续逆流离子交换塔处理,再返回浓密机用作逆流洗涤的洗水,使剩余酸得到充分利用。设计的厂房配置比较紧凑,并且充分利用地形,主要物料全部自流,从而尽量节省动力。工艺设备的电机安装总容量,仅为同类规模水冶厂的50%。
A small uranium plant in China - Dongjin uranium watermelon renovation project started in June 1982, was completed in October 1984. The recent acceptance by the Ministry of Nuclear Industry, the official delivery of production. The factory was originally a simple indigenous plant, labor protection conditions are poor, low metal recovery, poor economic efficiency. The plant also utilizes raffinate for extra-surface ore heap leaching. The heap liquor is treated by a continuous counter-current ion exchange column and returned to the thickener for use as counter-current washing water, leaving the remaining acid fully utilized. Design of the plant configuration is more compact, and make full use of the terrain, the main material all gravity, so as to save power. The total installed capacity of electrical equipment for process equipment is only 50% of that of a similar plant.
