研究表明醛固酮和脏器纤维化关系密切,而Na+/H+交换子1(NHE1)可能也参与了脏器纤维化的发生,本文就NHE的结构和活性调节、醛固酮的合成和作用机制以及NHE1在醛固酮导致脏器纤维化中可能起到的作用作一综述。
Studies have shown that aldosterone and organ fibrosis are closely related, and Na + / H + exchanger 1 (NHE1) may also participate in the occurrence of organ fibrosis. In this paper, the structure and activity of NHE regulation, aldosterone synthesis and mechanism of action and NHE1 in Aldosterone induced organ fibrosis may play a role.
