为了解决旧工业建筑是否具备再生利用、如何评价再生利用的潜力等问题,依据旧工业建筑的再生利用潜力体现在未来增值性的特点,归纳总结出再生利用潜力的关键基础、前提条件及保障因素,构建了旧工业建筑再生利用潜力评价指标体系,并以长沙市6个旧工业建筑为例,对其再生利用潜力进行综合评价。研究结果表明:基于综合赋权的逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS方法)应用于旧工业建筑再生利用潜力评价具有较高的可靠性。

The results show that the TOPSIS method based on synthetic weighting has high reliability in the potential evaluation of the recycling of old industrial buildings.
