《大学生职业发展与就业指导》课程经过近几年的改革,已经取得了喜人的成果,不仅强化了就业观念教育,构建了高职生就业意识群,而且对课程管理方式进行了创新,大幅提升了教学实效,明确了就业指导课程教师队伍建设的方向。但是也存在对《教学要求》的误解,与专业课程教学结合有待加强,实践教学权重有待提高以及师资建设障碍难以实质突破等问题。尽管如此,高职院校就业指导课程的改革前景仍然令人乐观。只要职业教育这种类别教育继续存在,该课程的改革就不会止步。职业教育的特征和地位决定了这种趋势。 After recent years of reform, the course of “College Students Career Development and Employment Guidance” has made gratifying achievements.
