《大学生职业发展与就业指导》课程经过近几年的改革,已经取得了喜人的成果,不仅强化了就业观念教育,构建了高职生就业意识群,而且对课程管理方式进行了创新,大幅提升了教学实效,明确了就业指导课程教师队伍建设的方向。但是也存在对《教学要求》的误解,与专业课程教学结合有待加强,实践教学权重有待提高以及师资建设障碍难以实质突破等问题。尽管如此,高职院校就业指导课程的改革前景仍然令人乐观。只要职业教育这种类别教育继续存在,该课程的改革就不会止步。职业教育的特征和地位决定了这种趋势。
After recent years of reform, the course of “College Students Career Development and Employment Guidance” has made gratifying achievements. It not only strengthens the education of employment concept, builds a sense of employment consciousness for higher vocational students, but also innovates the course management style and increases substantially The teaching effectiveness, a clear employment guidance curriculum teachers team construction. However, there are also some problems such as misunderstanding of “teaching requirements”, the need to be strengthened in combination with the teaching of specialized courses, the need to improve the practical teaching, and the difficulties in substantive breakthrough in teachers’ building barriers. In spite of this, the reform prospects of the employment guidance courses in higher vocational colleges are still optimistic. As long as this category of vocational education continues to exist, the reform of this course will not stop. The characteristics and status of vocational education determine this trend.
