镀铝钢板以其优异的耐蚀性、良好的耐热性(耐高温氧化性)和对光、热的反射性,被广泛应用于汽车、家电和新能源等各个领域。钢板连续热镀铝的生产工艺流程与传统的连续热镀锌基本一样。但由于铝的熔点高、可镀性差以及对钢板和浸入件腐蚀性强等特点,使得钢板连续热镀铝的连续稳定生产面临诸多挑战。还原退火炉气氛控制、镀锅管理技术、镀层控制以及镀后冷却控制技术等是钢板连续热镀铝的关键生产工艺技术,对上述各关键工艺点的技术难点和对策进行详细分析。
Aluminized steel is widely used in various fields such as automobile, household appliance and new energy for its excellent corrosion resistance, good heat resistance (high temperature oxidation resistance) and light and heat reflectivity. Plate continuous hot-dip aluminum production process and the traditional continuous hot-dip galvanizing basically the same. However, due to the high melting point of aluminum, poor platability and strong corrosion resistance to steel and immersion parts, the continuous and stable production of continuous hot-dip aluminum plates faces many challenges. Reduction annealing furnace atmosphere control, plating pot management technology, coating control and cooling control technology after plating is the continuous plate aluminum plate production technology, the technical points of the above technical difficulties and countermeasures for a detailed analysis.
