人类在欢呼着网络时代到来的同时,也承受着其带来的负面影响。因为网络社会的特殊性,在给予人类便捷与欢乐的同时,也使得一些新型犯罪得以滋生,发展。笔者将总结网络社会的特征以及网络犯罪的特征。在对于网络犯罪预防、治理上提出一些相应的建议。
While cheering for the arrival of the Internet age, human beings are also suffering the negative impact they have brought. Because of the particularity of the Internet society, while giving human convenience and joy, it also enables some new types of crimes to flourish and develop. The author will summarize the characteristics of cyber-society and the characteristics of cybercrime. In the prevention and treatment of cybercrime, put forward some corresponding suggestions.
