中小微企业是我国未来发展与建设的主要支柱,因此加强中小微企业的发展与建设是社会发展的核心环节,要想实现这一目标,仅仅凭借理论基础还是不够的。中小微企业的发展是以人才为依托的,没有足够的人才提供创新性的研究成果,就不能实现企业的创新,也就不能加快中小微企业的进一步发展与创新。尤其是在我国中等的城市建设中,此类中小微企业的数量众多,加快中小微企业的建设也有助于促进城市整体水平的进一步提升。在今后的工作中,重视人才的创新机制是发展中小微企业的重点,本文以如何建立起健全的人才创新体制为主要的内容,希望为今后的工作提供一定的思考。
Small and medium-sized enterprises are the main pillars of China’s future development and construction. Therefore, strengthening the development and construction of small, medium and large-sized enterprises is the core of social development. To achieve this goal, it is not enough to rely solely on the theoretical foundation. The development of small and medium-sized micro-enterprises is based on talents. Without enough talents to provide innovative research results, they can not realize the innovation of enterprises, and can not speed up the further development and innovation of small, medium and micro-enterprises. Especially in the medium-sized urban construction in our country, the number of such small and medium-sized micro-enterprises is large. To speed up the construction of small, medium and micro-enterprises also helps to further promote the overall urban level. In the future work, the emphasis on innovation mechanism of talents is the focus of the development of small and medium-sized micro-enterprises. In this paper, how to establish a sound talent innovation system as the main content, and hope to provide some thinking for future work.
