高职教育以其鲜明的办学特色,赢得了社会广泛的认可与欢迎,是高等教育结构中不可缺少的组成部分。因此高职教育是文化教育与技能教育的集合体,两者融合的程度也就决定了高职教育的教育水平,以及高职教育的发展空间。阶段实习能给学生创造提前接触企业、接触社会的机会,让学生在与企业、社会的交往中认识企业、社会的需求,克服了实训基地只注重学生技能教育的弊端,同时也能使学生理解学校课程设置,纠正学生只重视技能学习而忽视文化学习的思想。 Higher vocational education with its distinctive characteristics of running a school, has won widespread social recognition and welcome is an indispensable part of the structure of higher education.
