工作嵌入为预测员工离职行为提供了新的理论视角,经过十多年的发展,工作嵌入理论的运用得到很大拓展。研究发现,工作嵌入对员工行为和绩效既有积极影响,也有消极影响,这些影响受到诸多情境变量的约束。本研究从工作嵌入的内涵和测量、影响效应以及情境因素等方面来理解工作嵌入理论的复杂性,对相关研究进行了系统梳理,并提出未来研究方向。
Work embedding provides a new theoretical perspective for predicting employee turnover behavior. After more than ten years of development, the application of work embedded theory has been greatly expanded. The study found that job embedding has both positive and negative effects on employee behavior and performance, and these impacts are constrained by many context variables. This study comprehends the complexity of work-embedding theory from the aspects of work-embedded connotation and measurement, impact effects, and situational factors, systematically reviews relevant research, and proposes future research directions.
