用平衡釜法测定了常压下,323.15 K下1-辛烯—苯,甲苯,对二甲苯—环丁砜体系的三组三元液液平衡数据,并应用Othmer-Tobias关联式对数据质量进行检验。然后用NRTL模型对所测数据进行了热力学关联,得到了相应的二元能量交互作用参数,并由这些参数对实验点进行理论计算,由均方误差以及平均绝对误差值结果显示,计算值与实验值吻合良好,说明NRTL模型均可适用于芳烃抽提过程的模拟和计算。
Three sets of three-component liquid-liquid equilibrium data of 1-octene-benzene, toluene and p-xylene-sulfolane under 323.15 K were measured by the equilibrium method. The data quality was tested by Othmer-Tobias correlation . Then the NRTL model is used to thermodynamically correlate the measured data to obtain the corresponding binary energy interaction parameters. The experimental points are theoretically calculated by these parameters. The results of the mean square error and the mean absolute error show that the calculated values Experimental results agree well with each other, indicating that the NRTL model can be applied to aromatics extraction process simulation and calculation.
