目的探讨 SARS 传播特点及其传染力,为今后开展 SARS 的人群防治工作提供有益的参考。方法通过对2003年和2004年北京市 SARS 流行病学调查数据、典型传播链及个案研究结果的分析,阐述与 SARS 传播及传染力相关的因素。结果 SARS 的最长潜伏期为12天,最短潜伏期不超过3天。结论 SARS 潜伏期没有传染性,发病期具有传染性,其传染性大小可能与 SARS 患者临床症状的严重程度有关。SARS 传播过程及传染力可能具有“充电现象”。
Objective To explore the characteristics of SARS transmission and its contagious power and provide a useful reference for the prevention and treatment of SARS in the future. Methods Based on the epidemiological survey data of SARS in Beijing in 2003 and 2004, the typical transmission chain and the results of case studies, the factors related to SARS transmission and infectivity were described. Results The longest incubation period of SARS was 12 days and the shortest incubation period was no more than 3 days. Conclusion The incubation period of SARS is not contagious, and the infectious period of SARS is contagious. The infectiousness may be related to the severity of clinical symptoms in SARS patients. SARS transmission process and contagious power may have a “charging phenomenon.”
