介绍电力机车蓄电池空气断路器的作用及使用方法,重点分析了蓄电池自动开关故障的原因,并针对蓄电池自动开关故障原因提出了2种解决故障的方案:一是改造蓄电池充电器电路来改善蓄电池自动开关闭合时的冲击电流,延长蓄电池自动开关的电气寿命,通过增加控制系统复位接触器来避免复位控制系统时对蓄电池断路器进行操作;二是在控制电路中增加机械寿命更长的带直流接触器的闸刀开关,通过操作闸刀开关来开、合蓄电池电路,只保留蓄电池自动开关过载和短路保护的功能以延长其机械寿命。最后阐述了2种方法各自的优缺点,以便用户选择合适的方案来解决机车蓄电池自动开关故障的问题。
