子宫穿孔是人工流产、放、取节育器常见并发症之一,如未及时确诊和恰当治疗,将严重影响受术者的健康,应引起我们足够重视。但是,这方面的文献报道较少。近十六年来,我科共诊断治疗10例,现报道如下。临床资料一,病例来源:人工流产时子宫穿孔8例,均发生于我院,其中7例为门诊手术,子宫穿孔后收入院观察,另1例因早孕入院,经腹部结扎输卵管之后,行人工流产时穿孔。取节育环穿孔2例,其中1例由基层医疗单位手术,因内出血急诊入院治疗,另1例系我院门诊取节育环时穿孔。二、发生率:我院病区人工流产和门诊取 Uterine perforation is an abortion, put, take one of the common complications of the IUD, if not diagnosed and properly treated, will seriously affect the health of the subject, should cause us enough attention.
