为了对三维堆焊快速成形中零件的温度变化进行研究,研制了一种温度测量系统。通过采用热电偶温度传感器,可对零件的温度变化进行在线或离线测量,并通过信息传递机制实现了工作台运动进程与温度测量进程之间的通信。利用采集的数据可以方便地对零件的温度变化进行分析研究。
In order to study the temperature change of the parts in rapid prototyping of 3D surfacing, a temperature measurement system was developed. Through the use of thermocouple temperature sensor, the temperature changes of parts can be measured online or offline, and through the information transfer mechanism to achieve the table movement process and the temperature measurement process of communication. The use of collected data can easily analyze the temperature changes of parts.
