中草药的鲜用,在我国有着几千年的历史,在一些疑难杂症的治疗中更是显现出不可替代的作用。然而,由于药材保鲜技术落后,鲜药培养、保存、运输成本高等多方面的原因,近年来,绝大部分的鲜药品种已被干品替代,导致鲜药在临床上的使用量下降,并逐渐被人们所淡忘,鲜药临床应用的宝贵经验面临失传的危机。以“干”代“鲜”会对药性产生哪些影响?传统鲜药能否实现其向“现代鲜药”的突破和飞跃?近日,笔者就此走访了相关企业和学者。
