知识经济时代的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,特别是对于知识型员工密集的高等职业院校而言,人才流动更加频繁。如何吸引人才、留住人才以确保职业院校的可持续发展是管理者亟待研究的一个课题。本文从职业院校知识型员工的特征出发,提出采用“职业发展计划、工资福利、情感激励”等有效激励措施激发人才的潜能,以留住人才,促进职业院校的进一步发展。
In the final analysis, the competition in the era of knowledge-based economy is the competition of talents, especially for the higher vocational colleges with knowledge-based employees, the flow of talents is more frequent. How to attract and retain qualified personnel to ensure the sustainable development of vocational colleges is a topic that managers should study urgently. Based on the characteristics of knowledge workers in vocational colleges, this paper proposes that the potential of talents should be stimulated by effective incentives such as “career development plan, salary and welfare, emotional incentive” to retain talents and promote the further development of vocational colleges.
