本文总结了扶余油田调整井固井质量不高的原因,主要是水泥浆在井下受水侵稀释,因而提出了“实际水灰比”的概念,并介绍了计算实际水灰比的方法和控制实际水灰比增加的措施。采用这些措施明显地提高了调整井固井合格率。
This paper summarizes the reasons for the poor cementing quality in the adjustment wells in Fuyu Oilfield. The main reason is that the cement slurry is subject to water intrusion and dilution. Therefore, the concept of “actual water-cement ratio” is proposed and the method and control method for calculating the actual water-cement ratio The actual water-cement ratio increase measures. The adoption of these measures has obviously improved the passing rate of cementing wells.
