介绍了天津分公司130×104 t/a蜡油加氢处理装置的概况、设计指标、运行情况和存在的问题。从实际运行情况来看,装置运行稳定,加工负荷高。通过一系列优化措施,装置能耗逐步降低。催化剂性能优良,能够处理硫含量高的蜡油。催化裂化装置加工加氢蜡油后,产品质量和产品分布得到了明显改善,能够直接生产硫含量<50×10-6的国Ⅳ汽油,使装置经济技术指标大幅提升。蜡油加氢与催化裂化组合工艺在汽油质量升级中潜力很大,对企业提高含硫、劣质原油加工能力,扩大原油加工适应性起到了积极作用。
The general situation, design indexes, operation conditions and existing problems of 130 × 104 t / a waxy hydrotreating unit in Tianjin Branch are introduced. From the actual operation of the situation, the device is stable, high processing load. Through a series of optimization measures, the energy consumption of the device is gradually reduced. Excellent catalyst performance, able to handle high sulfur content of the wax oil. Catalytic cracking unit processing hydrogenated wax oil, the product quality and product distribution has been significantly improved, capable of directly producing sulfur content of <50 × 10-6 of the country Ⅳ gasoline, the device economic and technical indicators increased significantly. The combined process of waxy oil hydrogenation and catalytic cracking has great potential in the quality upgrading of gasoline and plays a positive role in enhancing the processing capacity of sulfurous and inferior crude oil and expanding the adaptability of crude oil processing.
