对辽宁省肿瘤医院筹备申报药物临床试验机构期间开展的GCP培训情况进行统计分析,医疗人员培训率为37.80%,其中内科医生培训率为85.52%,外科医生培训率为15.30%。应扩大培训覆盖面、重视医技人员培训、采取多样化培训方式,不断提高培训效果。 The statistical analysis of GCP training carried out by Liaoning Cancer Hospital in preparation for the application of drug clinical trial institutions showed that the training rate of medical staff was 37.80%, of which the training rate of physicians was 85.52% and the training rate of surgeons was 15.30%. Training should be expanded coverage, emphasis on medical and technical personnel training, to adopt a variety of training methods, and continuously improve the training effect.
