对处在快速成长和发育期的儿童,选择适当的体育内容,运用适合其身心年龄的体育教学方法,有利于培养儿童不断成熟的体育意识。从理论上讲,儿童好动、好奇、好学的心理阶段特征,决定了针对儿童培养体育意识的类型。学校可以组织和创新体育教学内容和体育活动内容,通过儿童喜闻乐见的体育游戏、展示表演与技能比赛等形式,培养儿童喜欢运动、快乐运动与拼搏进取的体育意识。
For children who are in a period of rapid growth and development, choosing appropriate sports content and using physical education methods that are suitable for their physical and mental ages will help to cultivate children’s ever-growing sports awareness. In theory, the characteristics of psychologically active, curious and studious children determine the type of physical education awareness that children develop. Schools can organize and innovate physical education content and physical activity content, develop sports awareness of children’s favorite sports, happy sports and enterprising through children’s favorite sports games, performances and skills competitions.
