本文进行了血红素氧化酶诱导剂的筛选及诱导动力学研究。根据化学性质,选择八种金属离子进行筛选,研究表明,它们的动力学特征相似,但效果相差甚大,其中以Co ̄(2+)最为有效,在注射后2h左右即开始产生效应,第8h起达最大效应,并可维持14h左右。与对照组相比,诱导后对血红素的氧化速率明显提高,可达8倍,重复注射诱导剂可使血红素氧化速率长时间维持在最高水平。氰钴胺素,在相同的摩尔浓度下,诱导作用发生更为迅速,维持时间更长,在第6h即达最高水平,且维持时间长达24h以上。
In this paper, heme oxidase inducer screening and induction kinetics. According to the chemical properties, eight kinds of metal ions were selected for screening. The results showed that their kinetic characteristics were similar, but the effects were quite different. Among them, Co 2+ was the most effective and started to produce effects about 2 hours after injection. Up to the maximum effect, and can maintain about 14h. Compared with the control group, the oxidation rate of heme significantly increased after induction, up to 8 times. Repeated injection of the inducing agent can maintain the heme oxidation rate for a long time to the highest level. Cyanocobalamin, in the same molar concentration, the induction occurred more quickly, to maintain a longer time, reaching the highest level at 6h, and the maintenance of time up to 24h or more.
