目的:确定超声循环法提取老鹳草中鞣质的工艺条件。方法:采用干酪素法测定鞣质含量,考察提取溶剂、提取时间、超声功率等因素对鞣质提取率的影响,优选工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为老鹳草粗粉以12倍量40%乙醇超声提取1 h,间隔超声比0.6∶0.5 s,超声功率500 W。结论:优化后的提取工艺简单、稳定、提取率高。
Objective: To determine the technological conditions for the extraction of tannins from geranium by ultrasonic circulation. Methods: The content of tannin was determined by the method of casein. The effects of extraction solvent, extraction time, ultrasonic power and other factors on the extraction rate of tannin were investigated. The optimum technological conditions were obtained. Results: The optimal extraction process was that Geranium sibiricum was extracted with 12 times the amount of 40% ethanol by ultrasonic for 1 h with an ultrasonic ratio of 0.6: 0.5 s and an ultrasonic power of 500 W. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is simple and stable, and the extraction rate is high.
