采用放射自显影技术观察自然衰老大鼠(24月龄)几个重要脑区M1受体密度的变化及补气中药黄芪的调整作用。图象分析仪给出不同脑区的平均灰度(相对值)。老年鼠皮层、海马、纹状体的灰度显著低于青年鼠,皮层和纹状体降低15%左右,海马降低不到10%。给进入老年期的动物长期口服黄芪水提物(4个月),三个脑区的M1受体密度均明显高于老年对照组。黄芪能减轻衰老时上述三个脑区M1受体密度的降低,但是黄芪作为补气药,其升高M受体的作用又与滋阴药有若干不同处,推测其作用机理也不相同,值得进一步探讨。
Using autoradiography to observe the changes of M1 receptor density in several important brain regions of natural aging rats (24 months old) and the adjustment of jaundice. The image analyzer gives the average grayscale (relative value) of different brain regions. The grey scale of the cortex, hippocampus, and striatum in the aged rats was significantly lower than that of the young rats. The cortex and striatum decreased by about 15%, and the hippocampus decreased by less than 10%. For long-term oral administration of water extract of Astragalus membranaceus (aged 4 months), the density of M1 receptors in the three brain regions was significantly higher than that of the old control group. Astragalus membranaceus can reduce the density of M1 receptors in the above three brain regions during aging. However, as an astragalus membranaceus, the astragalus membranaceus has some differences between the effects of raising M receptors and Ziyin. It is speculated that the mechanism of action is not the same. It is worth further discussion.
