以月桂酸钠和环氧氯丙烷为起始原料,在相转移催化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化氨作用下,经过两步反应,合成了二月桂酸甘油酯。以自制月桂酸甘油酯为原料,选择超声乳化法制备了抗坏血酸类脂质体。又分别用生物显微镜、透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜观察抗坏血酸类脂质体的显微形态结构和表面结构,说明甘油二酯能够形成纳米药物载体,为类脂质体的合成提供了一种原料。
Using sodium laurate and epichlorohydrin as starting materials, glycerol dilaurate was synthesized via a two-step reaction under the action of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as the phase transfer catalyst. Using homemade laurin as raw material, ascorbic acid liposomes were prepared by ultrasonic emulsification. The morphology and surface structure of ascorbate liposomes were also observed with biological microscope, transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope, respectively. The results showed that diglycerides could form nano-drug carrier and provide a kind of raw material for the synthesis of liposomes .
